I just finished week 5, run 3 of c25k. For those who aren’t familiar with the plan, it’s the first full run.

Bored wives on the treadmill for hours during the day. These stupid women are just frickin barely waddling down the belt and I actually want to run. I do actually have to work tonight, so I’m not working with unlimited time here.
We only have two treadmills, and I’m sorry bit I feel like if you can “work out” on a cell phone or in a sari then you don’t deserve...
